While I’m sure it will be invaluable source of snark; the replacement for Paula does not bode well for the show. Ellen guest judged on SYTYCD this summer and was pathetic. One thing I’ve enjoyed about SYTYCD over Idol is that it tended to be more critical of the contestants. With Ellen, she never managed to bring even the most constructive criticism between her lame jokes.

Yeah, I heard that yesterday. My initial reaction was that I’m out. No Paula + Ellen + Kara — I don’t think I can handle it.
