loves me some sunglasses

There’s only one show that makes me cheer when I hear the theme song start. That’s right, baby. CSI: Horatio. We’re just now getting to watch Monday night’s episode, and the opening with H and the sunglasses and the hokey back-and-forth scene? Just beautiful. That kinda hokey awesomeness brings a tear to my eye.

Frank said this episode is unrealistic, because Calleigh pulled a Leatherman out of her kit, and it was already unfolded.

I asked Frank why the wraparound computer monitor has fire effects on the side. “Because if it didn’t, the whole scene would just be this…” And then he clicked on his mouse very boringly a couple of times. It doesn’t make for good TV.

I saw two minutes of this while surfing.

    Suspect: “Arrested? What for?”
Horatio: “For a little thing we like to call…. Murder One.”

Does every part of every episode suck so horribly? He didn’t even do the sunglasses thing. Ugh.

Every episode is that awesomely cheesy. We cheer when things like that happen. Whenever Horatio pauses, we really get excited. Because we know whatever happens next will be cause for cheers.

All the CSI’s will be back next week, and the last season of BSG! I need to clear all the dreck off my TiVo!

Seeing Dexter on CBS has been interesting . . . I don’t get Showtime, so these are season 1, but the premise is unique. The hero is a serial killer. Who only kills bad guys. And is being stalked by another serial killer.

Don’t know if I’ll keep watching it.
