An actual good episode - The View today
Hot topics: Blah. More of the same. Barbara’s birthday, and isn’t she awesome for interviewing evil people (and also non-evil people).
And then they had Jenny McCarthy on to talk about autism. That was an excellent segment. I haven’t read her new book, but I would suggest any parents of children with autism or autism symptoms read it. She talked about the gluten-free casein-free diet (no gluten, no dairy) and how that is a huge help (I’ve known this, but it’s amazing that mainstream medicine isn’t paying attention to it — it’s the moms of kids with autism and a few research facilities that are making this happen); also detoxifying from yeast (she didn’t specifically say probiotics, but those are so good for excess yeast and also help bring about the proper balance of bacteria in the intestines). Vaccines (kids with weaker immune systems don’t handle them as well)… It was so good. It was better than the celiac segment they did, and Elisabeth has celiac.
And then Joey Fatone was on, and he’s so adorable.
That’s it.
